I am running 3.2.0 [7be9281] on Windows 10 64-bit My install was configured with the 'Automatically sort queue' switch set to 'Sort by age Oldest -> Newest' When I upgraded from 3.1.1 to 3.2, the automatic queue sorting changed from Oldest at the top to Newest at the top.
