Thanks, I checked the debug logs and I see it was Radarr. So strange that its adding MotoGP. I don't know why yet, but I enabled the duplicate detection in SABNNZBD and that worked, so the item was not downloaded.

Thanks, I already have a password set, and internet access blocked. I even changed the port. Am I missing some feature of sabnzbd, that adds shows? Could it be a job, sabn thinks is not completed?

Hello, I've never had an issue with sabnzdb, until recently. Somehow, the same nzb is added to the queue, almost every day. Debug logs are not helping me much. Actions I've taken.
