Clicking "Default" under Series Sorting, Affected Categories and then saving the changes does seem to have got it working as intended. Thank you.

I'm having the same issue. updated to 3.4.1 and didn't change any settings. Since updating all TV shows are dropped into the SABNZBD Complete folder as individual folders named after the episode file. There's no sorting going on any more. My sort string is %sn/Season %s/%sn - S%0sE%0e - %en.%ext Wha...
