Looks like you are right. It was downloading to a network share, I switched it to the host ssd and its working now. Any suggestions as to what may be causing it? The share is a hetzner storage box (server is on a hetzner vps) It was working flawless until today. I know this a more general question a...

Same thing.
I shut it down again, removed the incomplete folder, restarted.
The queue was empty I then tried to readd it same issue:

Thank you for the response. I really appreciate it!
I did the following:
Stopped sabnbd completely.
Removed the incomplete-nzb folder completely
Restarted sabnbd
Re-added the nzb file
The same error occurs. I tried a few .nzb files
