Why is no one mentioning to check Config > General > Tuning < Maximum line speed? That was my issue. My internet bandwidth was ~29MB/s but I was only getting exactly 10MB/s. Changed the setting to 30MB/s – fixed! Can't post a link to the wiki article, but Google, "SABnzbd High speed Downloading...
