I already know the link and unfortunately couldn't resolve the issue. Even upgrading the hard drive to an SSD improved the results, but the download speed is still 40-45 MB/s instead of 100-105 MB/s. The download speed test is fine. My new provider doesn't have any throttling or blocking any ports. ...

I have now tried 2 different computers and on both I have the same download speed of ~45MB/s :( on SABnzbd

I downloaded a test file from the internet on Google and got 98-108 MB/s.

Yes, I don't understand why the values are all so different. I tried it with and without a VPN. I am sitting directly in Germany and until a week ago everything worked.

I get another computer to test it again and get back in touch.

Yes, the speed test will start 1 minute earlier on the same computer. Direct connection via a LAN cable to the router.

Yes, I have also disabled everything unimportant.
