I had the same problem yesterday evening: suddenly there were 5 downloads that stayed in incomplete with no unrar applied to them.
I then switched back to 0.3.5, started it up, and strangely enough it started unraring the 5 downloads and everything was OK then.


This is on Ubuntu too.

Some result with a NZB from another search engine: SAB stops with still 60 MB to go.

Strange.

BTW: It doesn't have to be the NZB; it could also be something on my system.

Even with SAB 0.3.4, SAB stops with still 30 MB or so to go. The directory is still in "incomplete". No (!) output on stdout / stderr.

The second (third), fresh try of a download failed too; with 300 MB to go, SABnzbd had stopped.

Can I send the NZB to a mail adresses for inspection? What's the address?

What do I fill out here? 300? 300000? 300MB?

I've added it via the web interface. BTW: it takes a lot of time before the web interface returns with the new settings after changing them.

I recognize the "ValueError: need more than 1 value to unpack" from my logging. And, even better: I can reproduce this, indeed by adding a non-functional FQDN: the downloads stops! I now also see this on stdout (stderr?): 17/Apr/2008:20:41:28 HTTP INFO Page handler: "The path '/sabnzb...

All primary servers, of which some were not functioning (no account, or trying out SSL which did not work on xlned.com). So the non-functioning primary server could cause the block? Interesting.

Follow-up, with good news:

After I had set all-but-one Config -> Server: Connections to 0 and restarted SABnzbd, things were working again!

FYI: one of those Server-connections was SSL and one was IPv6-only.
