Re: Upgrade from 2.3.9 on Debian 10 Buster

The update guide for Debian should be here on the forum. But please note the sticky https://forums.sabnzbd.org/viewtopic.php?p=60238#p60238 says Edit: with version 3.0.0, direct use of the PPA on Debian is no longer an option. If you have such as setup, remove the PPA from your sources.list and ......

Re: Sabnzbd crashes but no errors [Ubuntu]

Ah, that's a real crash. That's bad. Did you google the 3rd line of your logging? Did you look at the 5th, last line of your logging Did you uninstall and reinstall SABnzbd? Did you run memtest86+ on your HP Microserver Gen 8? Keeping an eye on /var/log/kern.log might be easier / more useful than on...

Re: Sabnzbd crashes but no errors [Ubuntu]

OK, so postproc2.sab looks normal.
It was on that instance, but the next time it crashed it was something else
Please tell what.

As this looks like real crashes:
what is in /var/log/apport.log ?

What kind of system is it? What kind of hardware exactly?

Re: SABnzbd v3.1.1 for NAS on Synocommunity?

I notice updates don't come through on the community download page on the Synology NAS when it's available. Well my Synology Package Center tells me there is a SAB update: 3.2.1, with ionice. So updating right now I can install it manually but it doesn't accept .exe or .tar files. I can get plex up...

Re: Connection is not secure warning

Hi! SABnzbd 2.3.2 running on a High Sierra (10.13.4) iMac here. We're on 3.2.1, so upgrade SAB Or turning off HTTPS Yes, do that. without logging onto SABnzbd (as this is exactly what I cannot do)? Well, you can tell your browser to accept the connection. In Chrome, the page shows an Advanced button.

Re: Download dir full and complete dir empty

The problem is that the download dir is full and sabnzbd doesn't seem to process the files and move them to the complete dir.
I don't understand that sentence.

If you think you have disk space problems, free up space.

So do you have any suggestions?
Yes, that you describe in detail what you experienced, what you experience now, numbers, what you have tried to solve it, , etc.

"it is slow" is vague.

Re: Files queued, but not downloading, not paused.

The usual steps: Make sure you have Newservers defined & enabled, and that when you click on Test Server, the connection is OK. Make sure you have no Tracebacks or other errors in the log file sanbzbd.log If the above OK, then ... * SABnzbd is paused by the pause/play-button in the upper left corner...

Re: Sabnzbd crashes but no errors [Ubuntu]

Recently, Sabnzbd has started crashing occasionally - I can't access the web interface and the logs imply there is no activity. "crash" is a big, ambiguous word. So check if sabnzbd is still running: sudo ps -ef | grep -i sabnzbd For example: $ sudo ps -ef | grep -i sabnzbd sander 23537 1 0 13:12 ?...

Re: Access Denied after upgrade to 3.3.0Beta3

I assume 3.2.1 is working for you?

If so, most easy to stay on it until something newer than 3.3.0Beta3 appears.
