First check: the downloads that downloaded succesfully ... can you find & access & use them on your host?

It says 1.1GB Free space (temp folder). But after that, it says 1.7Tb free space.

Temporary Download Folder -> probably pointing to something inside your docker, with limited space. Not good. See:

Completed Download Folder ...

Create or assign more disk space to the SABnzbd docker container ...

In the upper right corner of SABnzbd's GUI, you'll will see the "Free Space".

But... when the file is moved to the completed directory, I still get an error.

Point SAB's Incomplete aka Temp to a directory inside the docker. No mapping to outside filesystems.

And what kind of filesystem / drive mapping is /data/usenet/incomplete/ ?

OK ... .NZB received via DM. So I've downloaded it with SABnzbd.

Inspection:
1) no "mkv.fg" in resulting directory
2) no "mkv.fg" in sabnzbd.log (DEBUG on)
3) additional check in sabnzbd.log "File contains": files extensions are .mkv (158x) (but doubles because spread across differnt rar files) en ...

... no .NZB?

The SAB code sorts on history1.db's value of "completed". If you dare, you could inspect history1.db (while sab is NOT running): "sqlitebrowser ...

can you share the .NZB itself so I can try on my machine if there are .mkv.fg.op & .mkv.fg.ed files?

Could it be a NFS artefact?

To verify that: what if both Incomplete aka Temp and Complete are on a normal local filesystem? And if that works: arthe fg.op and df.ed also there?
