Re: Speed Issue on new install

> My new install is capping at exactly 11.2Mb/s on multiple different downloads including the test downloads. Please be precise: 11.2 MB/s (or 11.2 Mbps). So capital B or small b? Big difference, see https://sabnzbd.org/wiki/faq#toc31 Assuming you mean 11.2 MB/s (so: big B): that's 100 Mbps, so Fast...

Re: all .nsp extensions being renamed to .pfm via deobfuscation but why?

Ouch ... the feature I suggested is already in SABnzbd:

http://127.0.0.1:8080/sabnzbd/config/sp ... ame_ignore

... and I think I made it myself.

So: fill out "nsp" and you should be ok.

Re: all .nsp extensions being renamed to .pfm via deobfuscation but why?

I think you'll only see that script if you run SABnzbd from source. So typically not on Windows nor Mac

Re: all .nsp extensions being renamed to .pfm via deobfuscation but why?

Turn off Deobfuscatiion

... until I fix it in Sabnzbd (sabnzbd/utils/file_extension.py)

I might consider adding a Special option "custom_known_extension" ... but YAO (Yet Another Option) >:(

Re: Hostname Verification Fails w/ Correct Hostname in Whitelist

Anyway: About your misconfiguration: Inside a docker (so also SABnbzbd inside docker) you're able to deduct what is exposed, and what is not. I'm thinking about writing code in SABnzbd that detects if config.ini and complete are not on ...

Re: Hostname Verification Fails w/ Correct Hostname in Whitelist

host_whitelist: only the FQDN is needed. Did you restart sabnzbd? (That might be needed) "Just add the host name or the full name (‘FQDN’) shown in the error message to host_whitelist in the Specials page of the Config. You can also edit the sabnzbd.ini directly. So, if you use for example http...

Re: Attempting to Migrate from Windows to Docker Desktop

Docker can be hard, because of the isolation, and the resulting directory mapping that's needed. SABnzbd on Windows is much easier. So: do you really want that? So if you really want SABnzbd on Docker (on your Windows machine?), better to first try to get SABnzbd-on-Docker working at all, for one ne...

Did you do that? If that works, it would a SABnzbd thing. If not ... not.

Ah, yes. That is typical, and typical for overloaded/intermittent-network-problems. And we ruled those out already. I don't understand.

Re: Lost connection to Sabnzbd

Wait: after a while (a few seconds, or a bit longer) do you get the SABnzbd webinterface again?

You should.

If not ... that could be a clue! So:
SABnzbd running at all?
Is it still listening to the port (netstat -tulpen)?
Can you access it with curl?
anything in your syslog?

Re: Lost connection to Sabnzbd

I'm flabbergasted. Back to the basics: "Lost connection to Sabnzbd" means your browser cannot reach SABnzbd anymore. Typical reason: 1- server side / SABnzbd overloaded / too busy 2- network problem: packet loss, intermittent problems, etc 3- SABnzbd not getting CPU / network resources fro...
