I'm not a UFW user, so you have to interpret that yourself. And compare with when accessing Sonarr etc.

Does ufw do any logging?
Can your Windows/Android devices access another service on your Ubuntu? Can they ping the Ubuntu machine?

Sounds like a hardware / network problem. SAB will hammer a network connection. With a bad network setup, that will cause problems. Can be local on the machine, or your modem/router. SABnzbd should do that automatically for you. So why didn't SAB do that for you? What does History say for that download?
