I think you now have not set up windows extension association. It's in the SABnzbd wizard.

Re: Verbinding met SABnzbd verbroken.
Ontvangen, bekeken, niks bijzonders geconstateerd.

Re: A few questions for Manjaro Linux SABnzbd
AFAIK Manjaro is not an easy Linux distro.
So as you're new to Linux, easier to use Ubuntu: easies to use, and you won't have problems with 1 and 3. No answer for 2.

Re: Sabnzbd 4.00 Alpha 3 Throttling Issues
On my setup: I set the limit to 1% of 100MB/s, so 1 MB/s, and SAB 4.0.0 (beta1) behaves quite nicely:

NB: this is with the 100 MB test download. So that there is no DMCA nor newsserver switching involved.

Re: Sabnzbd 4.00 Alpha 3 Throttling Issues
That is an impressive sawtooth indeed!
Are you able to test with Alpha 1 en Alpha 2?
Probably better to report it as an issue on https://github.com/sabnzbd/sabnzbd/issues ... because there were big developments with SAB 4.0.0 download mechanism, and the responsible developers are there on github.

With 4.0.0Alpha3, I tried and cannot reproduce.
So maybe post a screenshot of your bumping speed, including the dropdown with your bandwidth percentage setting.

Re: Bandwidth Question
OK ... so much better than 1 MB/s, right?at an average of 6.4 MB/s
Wait ... how did you measure that "General Speedtest:", which tool, on which system, and if on NAS: in the jail, or outside it?

Re: Bandwidth Question
I would do this: install and configure SABnzbd on another system (PC, Mac), and do a few test downloads (1GB, 10GB). If that is fast, you know the problem is in the NAS setup, and not your ISP or news providers. BTW: 1 MB/s looks like ethernet speed (10 Mbps), so bad cable / bad ethernet switch. But...

Re: Bandwidth Question
System performance (Pystone) 29718 is very low. Old CPU? And what is your OS setup? FreeBSD? Straight on hardware, or docker/ jails? Anyway: reading back your post "Overnight I'm maxing out @ < 1MB on download speeds." ... do you mean it's slow at night, and fast during the day? Or ... do ...
