I have the same can't connect issue with SABnzbdx v. 1.2.5 and SABnzbd 0.4.12 SABnzbdx won't connect to a local SABnzbd (wich resides in /Applications) the older SABnzbdx version 1.2.4 works without any problems. Maybe there is something wrong with the path to the SABnzbd app (or with the read/write...

I've switched from newsreaders like Unison to SABnzb on my Mac.
Now I'd like to support SABnzb with testing pre releases from source.
I'm on a Macbook Pro running 10.6 and also have 10.5 (and 10.4 on iMac) available.
