Re: [0.5.0b1] Pause Timer goes negative

Just tested this in RC6 and it seems to be fixed?  Maybe it was something on my side?  (Although a few people reported this...)

Re: [0.5.0b1] Pause Timer goes negative

It stays paused indefinitely.  I'm going to give RC2 a try, and if I still have the issue I'll send up my RSS URLs (sorry I lagged).

Re: [0.5.0b1] Pause Timer goes negative

Well... initially I was thinking this was a regression, so I dropped back into 0.5.0b1 and 0.5.0b4 and the issue seems to persist there, and I know for sure I've used the manual pause feature with b1 and b4 (I use it all the time), so there definitely isn't a regression here. It just occurred to me,...

Re: [0.5.0b1] Pause Timer goes negative

I definitely think that the scheduler is blowing up and therefore doesn't resume the queue.  I did another test as follows. At 17:45:31 I set the queue to pause for 1 minute.  Everything looks fine, queue pauses and server connection threads terminated.  The queue should have resumed at 17:46:31 (on...

Re: [0.5.0b1] Pause Timer goes negative

I am having this issue as well with 0.5.0b5, and it looks like I can consistently reproduce this (even after restarting sabnzbd, haven't tried rebooting box yet).  I'm on Ubuntu x64.  Of note: ": and please mention that i haven't been able to reproduce it in windows 0.5b5" In a couple of t...

Re: Add compression and archive options to log settings

(Just saw the notification of this reply... yeah I'm a bit backlogged on email :D ) I dunno, I guess to make the product more robust? :)  In my particular case I use the software a lot, and I do release testing, so debug mode is always enabled.  I also like to hunt down issues that I come across/run...

Re: Cosmetic: Number of available repair blocks misleading in History

That is real output with a s/uncensored/filename/ I'll work on getting log tomorrow (debug is a bear to filter).  Should be fairly easy to reproduce though, find something that has a separate par2 set with a sample file in it, enable the 'ignore sample files' option, download the files, and you shou...

Removing sample files should be done post-processing

(I consider this to be a bug of sorts, but technically it's a Feature Request, although you could make the argument that this is a design/workflow bug) Some people choose to put the 'extraneous' files under a separate par2 set, including sample files as shown below.  Because these files are not comp...

Cosmetic: Number of available repair blocks misleading in History

When a repair fails due to insufficient repair blocks, the wording on the output in History is a bit misleading. Stage Par2     [PAR-INFO] filenamefix.proof: => Repaired in 0.0s     [PAR-INFO] filename-OTHER: => Not enough repair blocks left (have: 0, need: 17)     [PAR-INFO] filename: => Verified i...

Add compression and archive options to log settings

- Add compression options (gzip and bzip2) - Add additional rotation options (by time) Might be useful to adopt the more traditional [linux] log methodology of 'archive and compress' when rotating logs.  It would be cool to see both gzip and bzip2 as compression options. This is of course much easie...

Add log configuration options to the Settings UI

It might be a nice addition to add the log configuration options to the Settings UI.

Re: Add Newzbin report link (when available) on History page for all skins

Haha, talk about motivation.  :)  I started poking around in the code and realized the change is extremely simple, a 4 line code change to history.tmpl.  Do you guys accept public commits?  Or is there a different author for Default?

Add Newzbin report link (when available) on History page for all interfaces

It would be helpful if we could link back to Newzbin from the History page when the report ID is available for all skins.  Looks like Plush already does this, so if we could do this for the others (I use Default) that would be sweet. (Is Default dying out in favor of Plush?  I've noticed a lot of em...

Re: Sign up to become an Official SABnzbd Tester

(Does the timing on this post automatically disqualify me from participating? :) )

I would like to participate as a Tester.  I'm actually running a Dev build right now. :D  (Not an SVN build, a build built to test a potential hostname resolution workaround)
