The 'Naming' section only appears on that page when you check the 'Advanced Settings' box at the top-right of the screen.

“Advanced Settings” is turned on. As @Sander says, the switch doesn’t appear to be available on Windows.

Can you see in sabnzbd.log why this is happening? Is it because of Series renaming / sorting / ... ? I've been seeing the same thing. Astraweb (US Omicron backbone) as my primary with NewsDemon (US UseNetExpress backbone) and TweakNews (Europe own backbone) as backup. Supposedly the different backbones means higher completion, but with some content I'm not finding that.
