As I was saying about the filter and you might tried this already: cow123 might get you a lots of cow123 but cow123 S22E will narrow down a bit more.

Hi all. You can try yahoo pipes which allow you to import rss feeds. Then you can filters by size, duplicate, name or any terms. Also some show title came with uniqure ID such as "[23278]" so you can combined them all and get only one. I think yahoo pipes refresh interval is a bit slow but...
