After HOURS of searching through history it was actually from another site.

I did look at both of those but it was not them.  If I remember it had like 6 pages of comments on it, the first page was a guide for setting up SABnzbd and then RSS feeds.  Someone posted a really nice screenshot of all the shows they had setup in their filters and how they were filtering out stuff...

I was reading a great post, pretty sure it was on this forum about setting up RSS feeds to do auto/download for TV shows.  There was a nice guide on the front page about setting up SABnzbd and then settings up the RSS feeds and using the filters.  I think there were about 6 pages of comments and one...
