No problem.
I've asked to be informed of the result of the analysis and will post here when I recieved it.

AVG has started classing SABnzbd+ as a "Potentially harmful program Logger.FNY" 
I woke this morning to find SABnzbd+ wasn't running and the exe missing.
I have sent SABnzbd+ to AVG as a false positive.

Just installed EpisodeButler and as that is set up to ask SAB to get the NZB's everything now works perfectly.

Because the error message comes up every 20 seconds, the same time I have set for Queue auto refresh interval
and comes up everytime I move around the Web interface, IE if I am in History and move to Connections, then a new occurance of the error pops up.

Is this your base "complete" folder? If so, why did you remove it? Not entirely sure what you mean by this.  If you mean is this the folder where all downloads go originally, before any post-processing, then no. Is this  the folder for a specific job? Yes. "D:\New Downloads"  is...
