First off, I want to thank you VERY much for your help. That is all so weird. Last night when I went to bed, SAB was running.... this morning when I woke up, it had stopped. I doubt I sleep walked to the computer and manually shut it down via the web interface, LOL. I guess I'll try uninstalling and...

So, a couple hours after I turned on 'debug', Sab crashed on me again.... Here is the log file in case something jumps out at you. I'm totally stumped. I've never had any issues with Sab and now on this awesome new computer, it keeps shutting down.... so annoying. Any insight is GREATLY appreciated!...
