Re: Media Rover

The log from mediarover looks like it sees the show and queues it just fine.  In fact, it recognizes it with a season number and an episode number as opposed to a date: 2009-07-18 09:14 INFO - item 'The Colb Report 5x95' successfully queued for download - queue.py:91 I haven't encountered daily epi...

Re: Media Rover

to tell you the truth I have SAB's TV sorting capability enabled and am using the script but I haven't had any problems.  The one problem I have had is with "daily episodes" but I figured that was just something inherent with the script itself.  Can you explain the problems you've run int...

Re: Media Rover

rollingeyeball: one more thing, have you turned off the episode sorting capabilities built in to SAB itself?  I don't know what would happen if both SAB and MR were trying to sort the same file but it probably wouldn't be pretty

Re: Media Rover

One example from yesterday =/ http://pastebin.com/m27707337 That is very strange indeed.  Can you post the full log data from a sort script run?  It should start with something like this: 2009-07-14 00:31 INFO - --- STARTING --- - episode.py:99 Looking at the log data you posted, it does appear tha...

Re: Media Rover

rollingeyeball and jayman: when you guys talk about setting the MR script as the default do you mean for a specific category or are you making the MR script the default script period?

Re: Media Rover

In SAB, I have the MR sort script specified as the script to run whenever an nzb from category "TV" has finished downloading.  The beauty of telling SAB to this is that it works properly for downloads scheduled by MR as well as with downloads you manually add. You can make this change in S...

Re: Media Rover

I've had a mishap or two with the sorting script too. I have  the TV category using it by default, and I just set it to not use a script when I manually download.  Occasionally I forget. I wasn't sure if MR automatically ran the sorting script, which is why I do it this way. Does it? No, the schedu...

Re: Media Rover

Never mind, I figured it out.  When I ran the initial write-configs I didn't specify the location then I re-ran the write-configs with the config switch to change the location.  Apparently, it kept looking in the location where the original configs were written.  I found them very odd place it wrot...

Re: Media Rover

# tv root directory # directory containing all tv shows to watch for # NOTE: multiple directories can be specified but must be comma separated tv_root = f:\tv I've tried it as f:/tv as well didn't seem to work either. Thanks for your assistance!!!!!!! Just curious: does f:\tv actually exist?  Media...

Re: Media Rover

Hmm, it looks like Media Rover doesn't like whatever you've got set for tv_root.  Can you post that line from your config file (exactly as it appears in the file)?

Re: Media Rover

Hi Everyone! Sorry for my long absence, I was out of town for a week or so and just plain forgot to check the tread when I got back.  For some reason I'm not being emailed about any of the thread updates (even though I selected to be notified).  Oh well, I'll try and check back every day or so from ...

wrong user running post-processing script

Hi everyone, I'm running sabnzbd 0.4.6 as a service under Gentoo Linux with the daemon running as its own user.  The problem I'm having is that all post-processing scripts are being run by the root user and I would like them to be run by the same user that runs the daemon.  When I manually invoke sa...
