Re: Upgrading to unrar 5+ in Debian Wheezy

At first it appears like it worked: / # cd ~ # wget ftp://ftp.rarlabs.com/rar/rarlinux-x64-5.3.b6.tar.gz --2016-04-30 21:05:34-- ftp://ftp.rarlabs.com/rar/rarlinux-x64-5.3.b6.tar.gz => `rarlinux-x64-5.3.b6.tar.gz' Resolving ftp.rarlabs.com (ftp.rarlabs.com)... 5.135.104.98 Connecting to ftp.rarlabs....

Re: Upgrading to unrar 5+ in Debian Wheezy

Hey sander... I'm afraid I'm going to need even more hand holding :) Here's the output from the first set: # which unrar /usr/bin/unrar # file unrar unrar: ERROR: cannot open `unrar' (No such file or directory) # unrar | head -2 UNRAR 4.10 freeware Copyright (c) 1993-2012 Alexander Roshal I tried to...

Upgrading to unrar 5+ in Debian Wheezy

Hey all, I recently encountered a RAR5 file in 1.0.1RC1 on my 64bit Debian Wheezy box and was unable to unrar it because the latest unrar for Wheezy is apparently 4.10: I tried Googling this pretty heavily, but haven't really found many answers. Someone suggested you can install the Jessie unrar pac...

Re: Article Failed

I went ahead and added \incomplete\* to my exclusion list for both Avast and Everything Search. I'll let it run like this for a few days and report back if it helps alleviate the issue.

Re: Article Failed

Of the things that might cause simultaneous file access I can think of a few possibilities: Virus scanner (Avast), Online Backup (Crashplan, though I don't have that folder backing up), and Everything Search which keeps a constant index of everything on my system (and which is amazing BTW).

Re: Article Failed

I've always assumed those failed errors were common and everybody had them. I get them almost every day, hundreds over the course of a year, so I just clear them and move on. It's never seemed to affect any actual downloads so far as I can tell. Since my log always stops like a day after starting SA...

Re: SABnzbd has suddenly stopped downloading Sickbeard shows

At the very least you should upgrade SABnzbd to 0.7.20 since it only contains bug fixes and no major changes.

Re: SABnzbd has suddenly stopped downloading Sickbeard shows

Sick Beard is an abandoned project. Try switching to the fork SickRage, or better yet, upgrade to Sonarr.

Re: Clear Counters button in Server Config

I second this request. I've only ever cleared counters when doing testing, and even then only for one or two servers, and never for block accounts. The option to clear the counter should be buried in the server settings in the unlikely event someone actually wanted to do it.

Re: Version 1 not as good at 0.7

Where were you during the 6 months and 11 releases worth of beta testing where you could have helped influence the direction of your perceived problems? Second. 1.0 refuses to connect to the usenet servers I use even tho the settings are identical. Obviously there's something else going on here, and...

This project is long dead. Maybe give Sonarr a try.

There's specific releases for each Mac OS, so make sure you use the correct one.

Correct, the video should be totally fine.
