Is it possible the missing par2 file is for the sample and you have Ignore Samples turned on?

Maybe just do a find/replace in the sabnzbd.ini file?

"Out of your server's retention" is SABnzbd's way of saying it was removed by DMCA Takedown/DMCA Removal.
