Maybe try a different provider. For get a free trial at Supernews or at Frugal, they give me 110MB/s.

Also double check the number of connections for your server, try setting at least 10.

Are you getting any errors in the display? Because maybe there's a fatal problem with the download.
It should show them below your Downloads section.
What happens when you add other downloads?

@petvil are you able to locate your SABnzbd.ini file? Try using in terminal: cd ~/Library/Application Support/SABnzbd/ You can now remove or rename the sabnzbd.ini file, or try to edit it. Easiest is to do "rm sabnzbd.ini sabnzbdOLD.ini" Then try to start SABnzbd again, your settings will now be res...

We didn't change any network or performance code in 2.3.5, only post-processing things. So it shouldn't be the case, I think/

Unfortunatly that's all I know about this issue: it has to do with servers failing, but that should of course not cause SAB to fail.. This I really need to fix.

The file you see is a fake file added by the indexer for tracking purposes to see where their original content lands on other indexer sites. It's not a real file at all.

What if you just remove all servers and only add the 1 server (new)?

Did you always have it as a VM? It sounds like something like that.
What if you run it on the host directly?
Could also be a combination of settings?
