The problem seems to be that it takes 12 seconds to reply, that's very odd and causes a timeout. Do you run it as a service?
What do you have set as article cache?
Do you run any process management software?
Did you exclude sabnzbd from your virus scanner?

It's a bug in the template software. I'll build a new version tonight which should contain the fix. I'll PM it to you for testing if that's oke? Because I can't replicate it on my machine.
