Re: "Status and Interface" loading forever - no IP, no Speed
If I delete the sabnbzd.log file, set the Skin to Plush, save it, restart SABnzbd, press on Status in the Plush skin and there on the 4th tab Dashboard and press the button "Repeat test", I get this additional lines to the above already posted sabnzbd.log: 2021-08-09 15:05:31,963::DEBUG::[...

Re: "Status and Interface" loading forever - no IP, no Speed
OK, I deleted the sabnzb.log manually (through SSH), set the loglevel to 2 in the config.ini and restarted SABnzbd. This is was the sabnzbd.log now shows: -------------------------------- 2021-08-09 14:31:32,418::INFO::[SABnzbd:1161] -------------------------------- 2021-08-09 14:31:32,421::INFO::[S...

Re: "Status and Interface" loading forever - no IP, no Speed [Synology]
Which version of DSM are you using? Which version of SAB? DSM: DSM 6.2.4-25556 SAB: 3.2.1 [0542c25] on Synology Set logging to +Debug, rerun Refresh on the Status Window, and check your sabnzbd.log if you see logging like: The Wrench symbol status window show +Debug, but the sabnzbd.log doesn't con...

"Status and Interface" loading forever - no IP, no Speed
Today I tried to measure the download speed with the help of "Status and Interface". But this window is loading forever: https://s20.directupload.net/images/210809/temp/sbxqmfu2.png I can't see my IP address nor the speed tests.* What could be the reason for this? (I have already restartet...

Re: Don't replace Tilde ("swung dash") in NZB name with underscore
Shame on me!! You are absolutely right: The problem is NOT inside SABnzbd, it's Google Chrome who changed this sign during the download. I just realized it by answering to your question that my local downloaded NZB-file is no more SomeBlabla.-.Bla.Bla.Bla.azw3{{cXYZ ~ twZu1i@7Rl}}.nzb it is now Some...

Don't replace Tilde ("swung dash") in NZB name with underscore
If you want to download a NZB-Name like this: SomeBlabla.-.Bla.Bla.Bla.azw3{{cXYZ~twZu1i@7Rl}}.nzb SABnzbd will replace the Tilde ~ character with an underscore. Especially if this Tilde appears in a detected password, this prevents the automatic unzip/unrar process. You have to manually change the ...

Re: Adjust Update Check for Synology-Versions?
Hmmm, are you sure that this is the best solution @safihre? I believe any information about a new SABnzbd update is helpful for Synology users too. Would it not be possible to link to this URL: https://synocommunity.com/package/sabnzbd instead the generic https://sabnzbd.org/downloads URL? (I assume...

Adjust Update Check for Synology-Versions?
Currently, the SABnzbd on my Synology tells me: New version available! 3.2.1 But if I have a look at https://synocommunity.com/package/sabnzbd there is no new version (yet) available to install Could you please adjust the update check for the versions not directly available at https://sabnzbd.org/do...

Re: "Untrusted certificate" - Just wait or what to do?
I just got a ticket# and a standard bot text with my original message and something like " A Support Agent will reply as soon as possible. .."
I think, the most important thing is: They fixed it.
Thanks again for your valuable support!

Re: "Untrusted certificate" - Just wait or what to do?
Worth a try: send them this message "Certificate expired on 185.90.196.97: Certificate Validity (UTC) expired (2020-06-08 23:36 --> 2020-09-06 23:36)" That's it. Send it to them, and just wait. A big chance they will go into denial. And a small chance they'll say "Oh, thanks! Solved!...
