Re: Repair takes hours, also got extraction problems

I do use a networkdrive, yes. But I assume that the repairjob is handled locally and not on the networkdrive? SABNzbd has a temporary download folder on my computer... If the downloads are completed, then they are moved to the network drive. Now we're talking about it, isn't it possible to unrar on...

Don't know what else it can be.
You're not using a network drive, are you? Just built-in harddisk?

If so, I don't know what can cause your slowness. Even incomplete posts should be handled quickly with your hardware.

Re: Repair takes hours, also got extraction problems

Hmm, my PC must be fast enough for the par2 repairs... My current setup looks like this: - AMD Phenom 2 X4 @ 3.2 Ghz - AMD Radeon 5770 1GB - MSI 870A-G54 I'm using Windows 7 x64 I guess your RAM is as impressive as your other hardware? If so, I would say your hardware is NOT causing any par2 slowne...

Re: authenticaten rejected 482 ?

FYI; Hellanzb as downloader

FYI & FWIW: If SABnzbd fails a download, and you want to make sure the problem is not sab, you could try another NZB download program. I've once used nzbget, which works but is 'spartanic'. I now found hellanzb: hellanzb is command-line NZB-downloader for Linux, including rar/par. Edit /etc/hell...

Re: Repair Failed, Unpacking Failed, and CRC errors

Thanks for the response! Can you recommend a program similar to sabnzbd+ with a remote web interface or CLI interface (for Linux/GNU distributions)? Uhmm. The goal of Shypike's remark to test with another program is *not* to switch to another program; it is meant to only test with another to proof ...

Re: SABNZB configuration files

Sabnzbd has the command line parameter -f to use another sabnzbd.ini, so maybe that's used on your UNRAID.

However: having two or more sabnzbd.ini can be consufing. Try to avoid that.

Re: Repair Failed, Unpacking Failed, and CRC errors

@aljohri I agree with Shypike's advice: try the same download with another download program (as you think it's SAB related). An additonal method you could check: go back to the basics: get a neutral NZB from binsearch, feed it to SABnzbd and see what happens. So: get this NZB from http://binsearch.i...

Re: iSABnzbd (SABnzbd on Jailbroken IOS device)

Hahaha, cool! Does this mean you have python, cherrepy, cheetah, etc working on your iOS device?

And why can't SABnzbd start itself, or via an icon? The SSH stuff makes it a bit difficult IMHO

I thought I had sent an email a couple days ago, but I guess I forgot to hit the send button... :P Any updates about this? ;) I just installed the new version, and ... the Queue shows up! The circling circle only appeared for a few seconds on the first run. Remarks: Queue says: "Your queue is ...

OK, that's good. What happens when you upload an NZB into SABnzbd? If nothing happens, check that pause is not activated.

Re: SABnzb can nolonger download content

Sorry I wasn't very clear but when I indicated that I changed server settings back, I mean't that I used the dns name for check server instead of ip and it worked. However the problem is still there. That was clear, but I'm want to be sure what SABnzbd says when you click on Test Server. So can you...

Well, same test: what does "Check Server" in SABnzbd say?

Re: SABnzb can nolonger download content

I don't know FreeNAS, but you could try:

host www.google.com

and

cat /etc/resolv.conf

to see how name resolving goes ... and via which resolvers.
