you prob dont have sab+sb configured correctly. you have it setup to do the sabToSickbeard pp script? (sb will move/rename the files.. thus sab doesnt need to do anything to the files)

if your using sb, you cant have sab do sorting/renaming.. as sb wont know where/what to process because its changed from its original state.

feel free to fork sabnzbd and make the changes in your own fork.

well thats a sickbeard thing not sab. do you have invalid info in your autoprocesstv.cfg ? (you cant use special characters in username/pw)

can you post logs ? what didnt work ? what os you on?
