No but there are several existing scripts that include the features you want. You could take one of them and modify it to your needs.

Host should be an IP address or hostname. No http, ports or slashes. ie (myhost.dynip.com) Port should be whatever port you have sab setup for. Yeah, you're probably right. I'll make the changes to mine in the morning. Freaking kidney infection is killing me right now and despite common opinion drinking large quantities of alcohol doesn't help.
