Re: What happens when i close sabnzbd

And where do you download to? A local drive or some network or USB storage?
Most often it freezes because of a problem with the disk.
And when you say freeze, how do you know it's stuck? Or you just can't reach it?

It's again the same problem. The template files have updated, but left some compiled code behind.
You need to really clear the original installation before making the new one.

Re: What happens when i close sabnzbd

Let's just fix your problem, why is SABnzbd crashing.
On what platform are you? Linux or Windows or a NAS system? Do you use version 3.5.3?

Re: Sabnzbd freezes on windows

Not sure.. At this point I would maybe suggest to try NZbget and see if it also freezes.
Or try it on the C drive.
If nzbget or another drive work, we can know for sure it's the drive that's the problem.
Maybe you can also try without virusscanner?

Re: Am I being dumb here...?

You can specify a Category specific folder, since I a assume Readarr always uses the same category.
The rest you can probably ask from the Readarr forums and documentation, there is a way to modify the paths.

Re: Sabnzbd freezes on windows

Is the unpack to the local file system?
It sounds like it's stuck on an IO block from the drive.

Re: Sabnzbd freezes on windows

Yes you'll need to do a Queue Repair, then you can recover the jobs that were in the queue.

Re: 3.6.0 beta 6 and newer won't start (win64)

Most likely your virusscanner has removed or quarantined some essential files during or after the installation.

Re: Sabnzbd freezes on windows

Yeah this is because you tried to open a queue from 3.6.0 on 3.5.3.

Re: Sabnzbd freezes on windows

Just to be sure, lower the Article Cache in Config General. You are running 3.5.3? Can you enable Debug logging in the Status window and then after it happens again look in the logs when it started happening, maybe there's some indication what it's working on. Could be a disk problem, have you check...

Its on the top right, only when there's jobs in the queue though.

Re: Downloads not moved to expected folder

To clarify, is Sonarr/Radarr not picking it up or is Sab not placing it where you would expect?
