Re: Failed to connect to mail server
It's none of the above. Gmail, at least, requires SSL/TLS. I'm guessing (just a hunch) that SAB doesn't support SMTP over SSL yet. If not, that needs to be fixed. No; SAB has no problems sending via gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com FWIW: this is de logging of SAB sending mail via gmail-smtp-in.l.google.c...

You can choose. So if your router requires that, that's OK.raphnguyen wrote:Would port forwarding be the same as port mapping? That's the only option I have on my router.

Re: [Multipar] Option?
Please replace par2 with multipar so we can use par3 files. In the past two weeks I downloaded multiple files wich had *.pa3 files. Only with multi-par I was able to use them. I found a poster "ikbenhetmaar" with a lot of pa3 posts: DVD's with the usual rar files, and then pa3 files (inst...

Re: Mac expert required for this problem please
Just tried again: A username and password are being requested by http://localhost:8080. The site says: "SABnzbd" (going to try it on another computer..right now) Yep. By default SABnzbd has no password. SABnzbd only has a password if you said it should have one during the SABnzbd wizard. ...

Re: Slow download speed
Your NAS has an ARM processor, which has much less power than a current laptop CPU. As Shypike says, SABnzbd requires CPU power. If you really want more download speed on your NAS, and are willing to sacrifice usability and features, you could consider installing and using NZBget on your NAS. NZBget...

Re: Slow SSL Downloads
Is there anything I can show you guys so you can point me in the right direction for trouble shooting. You could check your SSL speed in general. Maybe there is something in the VM's network layer causing delay. Do this: wget http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v3.0/linux-3.5.1.tar.bz2 wget http...
