The help text on the Show Logging button says all usernames, passwords and API keys are automatically removed, so I didn't check for it. Seems like a serious bug.

No can do, I'm about to get on a plane. If it helps...it doesn't count them under normal conditions (otherwise recycle bin and system vol info would always be listed as orphans). It appears the $RECYCLE.BIN and System Volume Information folders are being counted as Orphaned Job folders.
