You mention you start sabnzbd using a script? I'm not familiar with it too much, but what happen when you just run it by double clicking the application icon? Does it work then?
Could be some apple update that broke things..

But maybe it is a bug within sabnzbd, do you maybe have the NZB of the original download and the one it should've marked as duplicate? Can send them to [email protected]

I will finish today the upgrade of our build in Rar Reader. Yes we could do it using the external unrar command, but then we would have to write an interpreter for the rar output since we also want it to report on encryption and all the files inside the rar. What did you set in Sabnzbd Folder settings to change the permissions to after downloading? 777?
What user is sickbeard run under? Probably you should change that, since sickbeard also can't read what sabnzbd wrote.

I checked his example NZB, it indeed says "cannot be inspected"

I checked and unfortunately this poster is smart and posts in RAR5 format. Our unwanted-extensions check can (for now) only check files in RAR3 format.. We're working on RAR5 support. Why don't you put a cleanup list to remove theses type of files after extraction automatically? Or the video doesn't...

It stops after the first match, so since it matches Movies* first it won't try Movies*4K yet.
If you set Movies*4K first, then jobs not matching 4K will then be matched by Movies*

It seems a sudden break during Decoding hints at the broken yEnc-decoder we fixed in the 1.1.1 release!

Aah, so it seems there is a problem with connecting then. Can you set your logging to +Debug and then check the log again?
What do you see on the first Status page? Can SABnzbd determine a Public IP-address?

Somehow your interface.py file was not updated to the latest version.
You probably should uninstall SABnzbd, make sure that the /usr/share/sabnzbdplus/ directory is gone, and re-install.

You can backup your sabnzbd.ini before doing this to restore your settings!

Did you hit Test connection in the Servers tab? Did you select the Default category for all your servers?
What do the logs say?

The error says it all..
OSError: [Errno 13] Permission denied: '/volume1/downloads/incomplete'

Make sure the SABnzbd user still has access to it.. Quick and dirty you can "chmod 777" the folder.

Yes, that should solve your issues, shouldn't it?
Just set a delay of about 60 min and surely all articles should be present on your newsserver!

On top of verifying if you can extract RAR5, make sure "Post process only verified jobs" is turned on in Config > Switches.
