Re: Sabnzbd verliest settings

Re: SQL Command Failed, see log errors

Are you sure this message is from SABnzbd itself? I don't recognize "wg_timer_sys_thread", and I can't find it in SAB's source code.

And: which platform are you running SAB on?

Re: Problem with my certificate when accessing SABnzbd

No. No need to change an address. With my explanation you can say "OK" to your browser.

Re: Problem with my certificate when accessing SABnzbd

Thank you - but, since I'm trying to learn as I go along, would you mind telling me the difference between the two addresses and, maybe, why SABnzbd chose to use the address I described? OK! :-) the :8080 address is plain HTTP, and so unsecured. No problem if you use localhost:8080, but if you use ...

Re: Problem with my certificate when accessing SABnzbd

If the warning scares you, you can use http://localhost:8080/ (or the port on which the plain HTTP is running), and you won't get a warning.

Re: Article Cache does not get saved on Google Chrome

Does it work when you use Firefox ... ?

In other words: is it a browser issue, or SAb issue?

Re: Complete folder full of .rxx files

Is the final stuff (the movie, the music) there? If so, SAB should have removed all intermediate files. If not, you've probably set that yourself. You can do while uploading the NZB (in the last dropdoown "processing" -> "delete"), and during the download (see dropdown on the rig...

Do you want me check your port from my system? If so, PM me your public IP-address.

Re: unable to open SABnzbd remotely

Strange: the port is open, but you get nothing? And what is 'nothing': An empty, white page, or a timeout, or an error message?

Is there a firewall in your router?

And just to be sure: in your router, you have setup the port forwarding to the <private-IP>:<SAB-port> of your SAB computer?

Re: Monthly Bandwidth Limit

SABnzbd does not enforce a monthly limit; it just mentions what you've downloaded. About your problem: go to binsearch.info, create some NZB, put it in SABnzbd, and see if it downloads. If so, there is nothing wrong with your newsserver, but something with your nzbmatrix login: maybe you are using t...

Re: unable to open SABnzbd remotely

Can you access SABnzbd from another pc/device on your LAN using it's LAN address, so 192.168.x.y or 10.x.y.z ? If you try to access SABnzbd using the public IP address, from where do you do that: from your LAN, or really remotely (so from Internet)? Have you tried a port scanner like http://canyouse...

Re: Failing to connect to sever

Start with 3 or 5. Normally that will fill your Internet connection. You can experiment with a higher number of connections, but as a rule of thumb numbers higher than 10 will slow down your throughput. News provider advertisements with "50 connections" is from the "mine's bigger than...

Re: Failing to connect to sever

I am getting this message now: # Connections: Failed to connect: (10060, "(10060, 'Operation timed out')") 45@ssl.astraweb.com: ### (SSL port number) I might be wrong, but I think the "45" means that thread 45 is getting the time-out. If so, I guess there are 44 other threads. T...

Re: Systeem vraagt wachtwoord
