Thank you for the reply.
I tried editing the .ini file, it did not reflect the change on the web page after refreshing.
Assuming this is the correct line from .ini: name = news.newshosting.com
If I restart Sab after changing the ini. it is reverted to the host name.

possible to edit server names?
Hello, Is it possible to edit the name of the server that is displayed on the config > servers page? For example: news.newshosting.com is displayed. If possible can it just be newshosting? Sab seems to default the name to whatever the host is. I tried editing the .ini file, and restarting Sab, but i...

Re: No longer getting email on completed job.
Email is not SABnzbd's strongest point, there's such wild variety in email servers. I'm not sure whether Yosemite is the issue, the OS does almost nothing in this area. Given the intermittent problems, maybe SABnzbd should just retry more often. I'll look into it, but a solution may take a long tim...

No longer getting email on completed job.
Since upgrading to OS X Yosemite (10.10), and using 0.7.19RC3, and 0.7.19RC4 (possibly also 0.7.18, I dont remember exactly when I did the 10.10 upgrade) I am no longer getting emails for completed RSS added jobs. I have it set to email when a job is added, other, and completed. Added emails arrive ...

Not so much a bug...
Please update/add a Sabnzbd menu bar icon in white for those of us who use a dark menu bar/dock in Yosemite.
Currently running 0.7.19RC3

Re: Sabnzbd Quits upon Launch (OS X Yosemite 10.10)
Hi On my macbook with Yosemite, Sabnzbd is quitting upon launch. I tried shift-click to launch the app and a standard double click. I have tried beta and standard releases of Sabnzbd to the same result. Is there some other way to launch sabnzbd or is there a work-around? Did not have this problem p...

Re: Odd display issue
ok, I was waiting to see if something suggested would fix it, but, unfortunately it did not. Without changing anything, I went and reset Safari, I excluded some items, and reset, the problem persisted. I then checked a few more, but I think the relevant item was "remove all website data" o...

Re: Odd display issue
Here is exact situation. iMac: runs sabnzbd. On that iMac, if I access sab in Safari via: https://10.0.1.191:7575/sabnzbd everything is displayed properly. On the same machine, if I use my WAN IP in the same URL, I get the missing elements. IE: https://68.xxx.xxx.xxx:7575/sabnzbd the elements are mi...

Odd display issue
This just recently started happening, looking for some guidance as to how I might fix it. Using sabnzbd 0.7.3 on mountain lion 10.8.1 in Safari 6.0 I have a bookmark on my Safari bookmark bar for my sanzbd that uses my external IP. Clicking on it now, of course brings up the exact page I have it set...

Re: Startup error on OSX
Same issue here, 0.7.0 wont launch on OS X 10.7.4 editing the .ini to 127.0.0.1 (also ::1) will allow launch and will allow it to work, but I cannot access the web gui using my IP, nor can I access sab externally using my IP. Using localhost:8080 works in browser (safari), but using a ssl connection...

Re: SABNZBD versions greater 0.6.10 don't work
OS X 10.7.2, sab 0.6.10 installed and working fine. Downloaded and installed SABnzbd-0.6.12-osx.dmg from sourceforge (replaced current version). Upon launching the new version, sab reports via growl that it is shutting down. The icon is in the menu bar, but clicking on anything other than shutdown, ...

Able to change menubar text to white?
Is it possible to change the menubar text to white?
I have changed my menubar to black, and would like to change sab's download speed text to white. I was able to change the icon, but I cannot find where to change the text.
Thanks.

Upgraded from the last beta to the 0.6.6 release.
The say menu bar icon has disappeared with the upgrade, was working fine in the last beta.
Anyone else seen this?
