Could you turn on debug logging? Then when the error appears, in the log there should be some more error logging.
This way we can see what URL was requested and hopefully fix it

You should use the drag-and-drop feature when looking at the Queue. Make sure to select a little to the right of the name of the job, otherwise some browsers (like IE) might say you cant move it.
