Stop SABnzbd
Open a CMD, and go to the Program Files containining sabnzbd-console.exe
Run sabnzbd-console.exe
Do your thing in the webinterface
If it "crashes", go back to the CMD interface and post the output here.

Ok, it looks like it's a permissions issue. I can't create a new folder in the /mnt/user/data/usenet directory for completed downloads. I can't find a good guide on changing permissions. Well, your error is "Failed making (/data/usenet/temp/Chicago.Fire.S12E03.1080p.x265-ELiTE)", so /data...

You keep jumping from there to there. That is - at least: for me - not a way to solve a problem. Maybe it's OK for others ... you'll see.
