Re: All output files getting deleted (sometimes)
I'll keep an eye out for doing it again now I've reenabled Direct Unpack. I'll forward the log as requested if it occurs again. Thanks.

Re: All output files getting deleted (sometimes)
I noticed this too a few months ago. A completed NZB just disappears with no errors, I thought it was maybe something I was doing wrong or something with my windows installation as I hadn't seen anything remotely like this reported here until I read this post. I have Direct Unpack disabled and haven...

Re: unpack ; unrar and then move the file
Had to go back to 1.1.0 now. As it seems disabling "Enable Folder Rename" prevents Sab from this weird Unpack -> Move behaviour but then it doesn't play well anymore with Couchpotato, as CP resepects the Unpack_ but won't respect a folder without Unpack and therefore tries to start moving...

Hi, yes debug was on - log emailed.safihre wrote:Really.. Wow.
Did you enable Debug logging? Could you send me the logs of both attempts? Really want to see the difference!

Re: unpack ; unrar and then move the file
Can you turn on Debug logging in the Status window? Then I created 2 versions of SABnzbd.exe where I removed changes we introduced in 1.1.1 that might cause this. Could you test both versions for me and see if you still see the problem? https://www.dropbox.com/s/2in8cirfs8hbdug/SABnzbd-1.1.1.test_p...

Re: unpack ; unrar and then move the file
So weird.. I checked all the code but I have no clue what's possibly changed since 1.1.0. To make make sure I try to reproduce correctly: Your temporary folder is on the pc, the final is on the NAS? Is there also a category specific folder active? So green in your graph is unpack to the NAS and the...

Re: unpack ; unrar and then move the file
OK. Went back to 1.1.0 and everything was OK. Tried 1.1.1 and the issue came back. 1.1.0 again and now OK. I noticed in the final destination folder on 1.1.0 there is one folder created (a temporary UNPACK folder), on 1.1.1 there are two folders (a temporry UNPACK folder and a 'real' folder) - all o...

Re: unpack ; unrar and then move the file
Right. I've been looking at this some more, watching the folders as the process completes. As I said above, the files unpack fine across the network and the file completes and is in a folder on the NAS finished. But then during the move phase further read/writes take place across the newtwork. The c...

Re: unpack ; unrar and then move the file
Hi. Can someone explain this a little more clearly please. I don't mind unpacking across the network, but since 1.1.1 after the unpack and going onto the move phase, I appear to be getting a long period of read/writes across the network. Previously it would unpack and do the move instantly. Now, aft...

Re: You Guys Rock
I started off with Grabit, then ventured on to NZB-O-Matic. I soon discovered Sabnzbd a while back now and have been using it ever since. I did try Alt.binz for a little bit, but soon reverted back. This is a great program and I have recommended to a fair few others over the last year, both to frien...
