I got around crc errors by increasing the RSS Checking Interval to 360

They do have a date range but its not part of the RSS feed.
I was looking at changing the Priority setting in Sabnzbd RSS setup - where you can select Low or Pause and maybe Delay (Pause for so many Mins) similar to the pause in the main download page of Sabnzbd.
