Re: Can connect remotely from my network but not from outside.
Wait! Don't trash the router. ;D There are alternative firmwares for your router. Check out openwrt, dd-wrt and tomato. Some of them (or all) will be able to transform your router into a nice up-to-date piece of equipment. Cheers Edit: seems like it is going to be tougher to find an alternative fir...

Re: DD-WRT Router - SABnzbd Plus won't Start
How about using one of it's USB ports (if it even has one) and plug a pendisk?
That way maybe you could use the pendisk as swap file.
Just a thought

Re: SABnzbd 0.6.0Beta2 and auto-retry
Exactly.
I just noticed that the filenames were different although it was the same movie from the same sender.
That must be it, right?

Re: SABnzbd 0.6.0Beta2 and auto-retry
Oh! Then I should only add another nzb that only carries par2 file... Yesterday I tried the retry button with an additional nzb. But it was a normal nzb (rar+par2). Result: It downloaded the entire movie again. It would be cool if we had an option to retry adding another full blown nzb file (rar+par...

Re: Feature request "Check RSS Now"
But don't we have a "force download" button in there?DARKFiB3R wrote: I think pair of dimes means a button next to each feed on this page https://192.168.1.3:9090/sabnzbd/config/rss/
While we're on the subject of feeds, I take it there is no way to rename them?

Re: SABnzbd+ Firefox4b11 (no queue)
I'm on FF 4b11 myself and I can clearly see the queue.
Can you see anything at all? Like the history, etc.
What skin did you choose?
Is this a fresh new install of SAB?
You could post a picture of your browser window when you start SAB.
Etc
Cheers

Re: 0.6.0 Praise
Good job SAB devs .
I've ditched 0.5.6 and moved to 0.6.0 Alpha/Beta for quite some time already.
You gotta love 0.6.0
Cheers

Re: Feature request "Check RSS Now"
I don't know if that's really a good idea. RSS feeds should never be abused. The minimum RSS check time is forced to 15 minutes just so we don't inadvertently abuse the feeds. Having a "check feeds now" button is half way to getting the feed's webmasters angry. Right now, when you want to ...

Re: multi format unpackaging: .zip, .rar, .iso, .7z, .gzip, ...
Last time I checked, unrar performance of the 7zip program was a lot worse than the real unrar. You can strengthen (or weaken) your argument by doing some benchmarks. Shypike, my point was never the performance. I am only concerned about unrar not being FOSS, that's all. Hey, as long as people keep...

@Shypike,
But will SAB devs use sander's code to dump rar and start using 7z?
I find no problem in SAB using unrar.
It just makes me sad that unrar isn't opensource, that's all.

Re: plush show age
Room. The problem is having room to accommodate everything inline.
Maybe that's why age went to mouse hover.
