Re: Pentium 4 enough for 100 mbit?

That's a good question.
My MIPS Seagate Dockstar running at 1,2Ghz can cope with 30Mbit/s
My guess is that a P4 at 3,2Ghz can easily cope with 100Mbit/s.
Maybe you'll have to disable SSL.
I heard (actually read) they eat a lot of CPU power.

It is a good web interface to read mailing lists.

Status > Latest Warnings > Show logging
save the file and paste the results inside a code box (that's the icon when you're posting a message in the forum).

Re: Not adding files

You still fail to explain what method is being used to add the nzb. Do you simply copy/paste an nzb to the "watch folder"? Do you use the "add nzb" button in the web interface? Do you use rss feeds to add nzbs? Can you post a sabnzbd logfile? I'm sure I cannot help, but no one wi...

Re: sab deletes everything it downloads!

_UNKOWN_ folders are never created by SABnzbd. Without a full debug log of a failing NZB, there's not much I can do. You can email it to bugs at sabnzbd.org (include a reference to this message). Not _UNKNOWN_ but SAB+ does create Unknown a single folder by that name due to a category with that nam...

I'm telling you for a long time: every forum should have a couple of psychic people.
This way things would be a lot easier to understand.

Re: SABnzbd Uploading during Downloads

You have to know how certificates work. There are companies that certify a given link as being from a given site. This way you are sure that the site and the certificate company both have the same encrypted key, thus marking the site as good to browse, shop, etc. Those certificate companies charge t...

Errr, where does that quote come from, Shypike.
I believe those words might be mine, but I can't see them on this thread...

Ok, that was my signature (I have signatures removed on the forum).
Nicely updated now.

But if you need/want to grab something ASAP, you can always "force download" that rss feed.

Re: SABnzbd Uploading during Downloads

Yes, it is SSL the both ways.
And SSL should apply an even bigger overhead than the usual.
If you're using SSL, maybe you should also consider browsing and downloading the NZB's from sites that support HTTPS.
Most of them do support it nowadays.

Re: SABnzbd Uploading during Downloads

Alter, I have news for you. If you run a normal http/ftp download from a website, you will be uploading too. It's simple rules. If you need something from a website, you send a request. Then that request generates a response from the website. And then, if both sides agree, a session is created to de...

Re: nzbmatrix - add nzb to sabnzbd based on id and api key combo

Also we're having second thoughts about hard-coding support for indexers (that change their interfaces at will). That's completely understandable. Could this be done with the use of yahoo pipes? If so, could someone post a tutorial for using yahoo pipes to tweak rss feeds? I think rascalli probably...

Re: Can't download

Are you using some free newsservers? Sometimes SAB+ can act weird when some of the servers don't tell it that they can't resolve the articles. This is something I've been watching on my end since the days of 0.4.x. Try to remove the free servers and only leave the "paid for" servers and tr...

Bonne nuit.
Vous pouvez regarder la page de le wiki du SAB+ pour les categories.
Ici, http://wiki.sabnzbd.org/configure-categories.
Il est tout en Anglais mais je crois que vous pouvez d'utilizer translate.google.com ;).
Au revoir :)
