FYI, I've since upgraded to 1.1.1RC2 [01d668a] and I got one of these hanging jobs last night. I can send debug logs and the nzb if you'd like.

We done several things to solve this, but it seems we haven't closed all loopholes. A quick way out is to set a job's priority to Stop, it will then immediately go to post-processing.
