Just installed 5.0beta and NZB files are loading and initiating downloads as expected.  Totally digging the tool - definitely makes the whole usenet process much easier.  Nice new features in 5.0, like the file association, pause by file, and the restart button.

No, just one job in the History list (I assume that's what you mean by the post processing queue).  It looks like it's working though - I can see that the timestamps are changing on the files, and the status has changed to Verifying and is reporting the number of files that have been verified.  So f...

Is there something in the UI that shows the post processing status?  A completed download just shows up on the History page with a status of Queued.
