Re: SABnzbd not recognizing categories

Then it will put it in the category you configured in download clients in Sonarr. It doesn't matter which indexer category it was found in.

Re: SABnzbd not recognizing categories

I don't really know how this works. I assume you mean incoming stuff from RSS feeds? Have you tried adding a filter to the RSS feed? Click on the feed name under RSS.

Re: SSL Errors on Startup

Using --https as a parameter to the SABnzbd start up command forces https to be on.

Remove "--https" "8090":
"/usr/lib/sabnzbd/SABnzbd.py" "--daemon" "--config-file" "/config" "--server" "0.0.0.0:8080" "--https" "8090"

Re: SABYenc 4.0.0?

You need to install sabyenc3, not sabyenc. Run
python3 -m pip install -r requirements.txt
to get what you need.

Re: Unable to Rename Sample+ file

It will stop complaining about the rename if you make the directory first, at least in Windows. I'm not sure if that fixes everything, though. Very quick and dirty code to be inserted before the rename in newsunpack: new_path = re.search("(.*)/", file) if new_path: new_path = os.path.join(nzo.downlo...

Do you use docker commit after doing the changes?

Re: 3.2.0RC2 constantly crashes after postprocessor (docker hotio)

What did you try?

How about

Code: Select all

try:
    LIBC.malloc_trim()
except:
    LIBC=None
in __init__.py?

Re: 3.2.0RC2 constantly crashes after postprocessor

I get lots of hits for Symbol not found: malloc_trim and Docker so it's probably a common thing. There should probably be a check before calling it, or do it in a try.

Re: 3.2.0RC2 constantly crashes after postprocessor

So it's probably the garbage collection, most likely the malloc_trim part because gc.collect() is more common. Maybe add a debug line before malloc_trim and when both are done, and make it optional?

Re: Unable to Rename Sample+ file

Is the problem that the par2 files were generated with the sample file in the Sample directory but unpacks to the same, that it's not supposed to convert the plus into a slash, or that the client simply can't handle subdirectories? If there is no Sample directory then maybe it would stop failing if ...

Re: slow downloads and cant access web interface

Try using VPN or a different usenet provider which isn't using Highwinds or Omicron servers. It might be permanent if the ISP is throttling. Also try both version 3.1.1 and 3.2.0 RC2.

Re: Server Stats Missing Today

It's using midnight for the server local time. Maybe you're running SABnzbd on a different machine or in a VM with a different local time? If you select view source in the browser you can see the number of bytes transferred each day in the Javascript variable serverBandwithData.

Re: slow downloads and cant access web interface

Lots of people have reported speed problems with Highwinds servers the last week, there's a thread about it on r/usenet. Both Thundernews and Blocknews are HW resellers. They are probably being throttled by one or more ISPs.

Re: Dedicated Security Module

Good idea. I see some issues with the implementation, though. - The list would probably have to be a text string like the blacklist. It's hard to know everything every user wants to whitelist. - How will the user know what to keep? There are probably hundreds of different image and video file extens...
