Re: About CRC Errors
I've noticed that all my downloads with CRC errors passed the "Quick Check" - so SAB's par processing was never happening because of the "Enable Quick Check" switch. I disabled that switch to force PAR checking on every download. Haven't got a CRC error since making that change...

Re: About CRC Errors
I have been getting A LOT of CRC errors recently; everything has worked fine for more than a year before this. It's not #1, 2, or 3 from OP. If I keep redownloading the same NZB, eventually it'll work without CRC errors. I'm running Ubuntu 9.10, SAB 0.5.0. Does this sound like a memory problem? I...

Weird. I shutdown SAB and restarted it, and the problem went away!

download problem (neverending "fetching")
I have a problem that just started recently: when I try to download things using the "http offer" in NZB TV or by clicking the little "SAB" icon that the nzbdStatus extension adds to newzbin listings, the file gets stuck in SAB (0.4.5) saying "fetching msgid ####### from www...

Re: Post Pictures/Stats of Excessive SABnzbd Usage
What the hell? 1-2 terabytes a month?! How is that even possible... Do you have SAB set to auto download every single porn uploaded to usenet??neilt0 wrote:

Re: (Unofficial) Ubuntu repository for SABnzbd+

Re: folder sorting issue
Found the problem. I was using NZB TV to automatically get shows, and had it set to download NZBs to a scan dir. SAB was assigning those downloads to the "none" category, instead of the "tv" category. I changed the NZB TV setting to "HTTP Offer", and now everything w...

Re: folder sorting issue
It's actually set to "../../Videos/TV Shows" I have another category set to "../../Folder/Subfolder" and it works fine. It's only the TV category that's giving me trouble. Which leads me to believe the TV Sorting feature must be interfering with the Category setting. EDIT: Wei...

folder sorting issue
I've set the folder path in "Categories" to "../../Videos/TV Shows". And under "Folders" I have "Enable TV Sorting" checked, and just have this in the text box: %sn/ Instead of putting it in /TV Shows, it's putting the show in the root download directory (it...

simple post processing
I'd like to see some simple post-processing options added to SAB that you'd have to use a script for now. For example, it'd be incredibly useful if there was a simple interface that allowed you to easily have SAB put certain types of files or files with certain names into different directories. (Su...

Re: TV & Movie Script (Linux)
No idea where the "All" folder is coming from. The only two switches I see that apply are: Create group Folders: Place downloads into group folders. No Yes (currently set to NO) Create Category Folders: Place downloads into newzbin.com category folders. No Root Root+Sub (currently set to R...

Re: TV & Movie Script (Linux)
OK - I set SAB to only create root category. It now puts the file in Newsgroups/TV/All/[program name]
Script still didn't do anything.

Re: TV & Movie Script (Linux)
Did all that and still not working. No sab_proc file is created in /var/log The sabnzbd log shows the script being run, though: 2008-02-02 11:16:52,645::INFO::[assembler] Running external script /home/User/SABnzbd-0.3.0/downloadscript.sh /home/User/Downloads/Newsgroups/alt.binaries.tv/TV/All/name_t...
