You can try uploading it to https://www.virustotal.com and https://virusscan.jotti.org/ if you're in doubt. I assume you downloaded it from the URL on this site?

Also, make sure you run the above commands as the same user as SABnzbd is running under.

Re: unRAID: sab 3.2.0 [7be9281] rar binary missing
There was a problem with the rar deb package. It should be updated now so you can fix it with apt update/apt upgrade. If not, you can fix it by manually adding a symlink from /usr/bin/unrar to /usr/bin/unrar-nonfree:
sudo ln -s /usr/bin/unrar-nonfree /usr/bin/unrar
sudo ln -s /usr/bin/unrar-nonfree /usr/bin/unrar

Re: Slow downloads with sabnzbd 3.1.1
It's probably Python 2 / 3 related. safihre: I read about os flags and I found that adding os.O_BINARY to os.open() in diskspeedmeasure would increase the write speed by an average of 44% on my SSD drives. I'll experiment a bit with it, please let me know if you already know a reason why it can't be...

Re: SABNZBD fails to start [Windows 10]
Sander: Did you notice at the bottom of the log that sabnzbd-console.exe is allowed to use the same IP and port?
I think that most likely a virus scanner or the Windows firewall is blocking sabnzbd.exe specifically.

Re: SABNZBD fails to start [Windows 10]
My first suspicion is that SABnzbd thinks another SABnzbd process already exists. Try opening a cmd shell and type tasklist /v | find /i "sabnzbd" with no SABnzbd process running to see if it finds anything. If you don't find anything it might be helpful if you could turn on debug logging ...

Re: Updating to 3.20
I re downloaded it & the only exe showing is SABnzbd.exe.manifest or console. Both are 2kb I'll try replacing everything in the folder. Thank you for the help. That's strange. Is this the URL you are using? https://github.com/sabnzbd/sabnzbd/releases/download/3.2.0/SABnzbd-3.2.0-win32-bin.zip I...

Re: Updating to 3.20
Yes, there is, I just checked. sabnzbd.exe. Do a search for *.exe in the folder after you unpack, and if you still can't see it then try downloading it again. Maybe you got a broken archive.

Then it will put it in the category you configured in download clients in Sonarr. It doesn't matter which indexer category it was found in.

I don't really know how this works. I assume you mean incoming stuff from RSS feeds? Have you tried adding a filter to the RSS feed? Click on the feed name under RSS.

Re: SSL Errors on Startup
Using --https as a parameter to the SABnzbd start up command forces https to be on. Remove "--https" "8090": "/usr/lib/sabnzbd/SABnzbd.py" "--daemon" "--config-file" "/config" "--server" "0.0.0.0:8080" "--https"...
