Re: par2 fails after upgrading from 0.7.3 to 0.7.10 on CentO
Werkt SAB 0.7.9 wel goed?
Zo ja, dan heeft het mogelijk te maken met de 0.7.10 feature "Try to repair rar/par sets with obfuscated (scrambled) names".
En het kan hetzelfde zijn als hier: http://forums.sabnzbd.org/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=13110

Re: cherrypy shutdown - sabnzbd still running
Each time I get "apr_socket_recv: Connection reset by peer (104)" after a few hundred connections, but the webserver is still reachable when I try again one second later.
So I would say I can't reproduce.

Re: cherrypy shutdown - sabnzbd still running
I'm using a standard SABnzbd, and it says:
sander@R540:~/SABnzbd-0.7.9/cherrypy$ cat _cpserver.py | grep -i thread
thread_pool = 10
thread_pool_max = -1
sander@R540:~/SABnzbd-0.7.9/cherrypy$
So ... is my setup vulnerable?

Re: Roku or Boxee?
I assume you want to run SABnzbd. So: have you checked these boxes are open and do run SABnzbd?
Furthermore: " I don't like to run SabNZBd on my NAS as it chokes on PAR" ... I expect the choking to happen on the boxes you mention, so is that OK?

Re: cherrypy shutdown - sabnzbd still running
It very easy to re-produce. Just connect to http port in a loop. Or download some test tool to hit http port. I have posted patch fix for above bug. Let me know if anyone need fix. I tried such a script some time ago (a lot of wget's and a lot of python-telnet's), and I couldn't trigger the problem...

Re: Where do the rar files go?
I think files only go into the recycling bin if they are deleted via the OS GUI. Not if they are deleted at the lower OS level like SABnzbd does.
If you can to keep the rar files, set the Processing of the download to "+Unpack".
