Re: Random crashing

So because I was inquisitive, I decided to uninstall Sabconnect+ and reinstall it. Then I watched my netstat for CLOSE_WAIT. At no point did I go to Sabnzbd+ from my browser, the only thing connecting was Sabconnect+. An hour or so later, 900 CLOSE_WAIT messages. Must be my plugin....goodbye. Very ...

Re: Download speed and CPU

I've played further with extending the sysload info, with interesting results: even with a slow external script (including a ping) and SAB on a refresh of 2 seconds, there is ... no delay in the screen. Fascinating. http://img202.imageshack.us/img202/7137/screenshotsabsysloaddas.png And here's the &...

Re: Random crashing

Wow! Those 1009 CLOSE_WAIT sessions sounds bad; I checked my Ubuntu (11.04) and there are ... none.

So what if you disable the HTTPS connection in the sab config? Does it still occur?

Re: Download limiet

Re: Sabnzbd won't start as a service on Ubuntu 11.04

First things first: Make sure there is no SABnzbd running, otherwise the port is already in use. Then - as a test - replace USER and CONFIG in /etc/default/sabnzbdplus with your own account and your own config (probably in ~/.sabnzbd/sabnzbd.ini). Then start to start the daemon again. That works for...

Re: Install windows software on NAS

I'm a Linux person, so I don't know much Windows, but I think Windows Storage Server and Windows Home Server are meant for that. Google it, and you'll see complete NAS-products with those Windows-versions.

Re: Random crashing

I'm running Ubuntu 11.04 and Sabnzbd+ 6.6 and sab will become unresponsive after a while. I can still see it listening on 9090 and 8080, but any web connections to it time out. A restart will resolve the issue, but it will eventually pop back up. Post the output of the commands below: top -bn1 | gr...

Re: Possible to add RSS from Torrentleech?

torrentleech sounds like a torrent-site. As SABnzbd is a usenet / newsgroup program, and does nothing with torrents, your question looks not very relevant in a SABnzbd forum.

Re: Problems installing 0.6.6 on Mac

For Mac 10.5 you need to install a special version of SAB: "SABnzbd-0.6.6-osx-leopard.dmg". See http://sourceforge.net/projects/sabnzbd ... zbd-0.6.6/

Re: Unpack mystery

I have the JCFP PPA enabled, should I ignore this and just pull Sab from the Ubuntu Main Repo? I'm on Ubuntu, and this is what I always do: 1) "sudo apt-get install sabnzbdplus" to get all dependencies (like yenc etc) in place. 2) Then download SABnzbd src from http://sourceforge.net/proj...

Re: Logging to /tmp ?

I have completely reinstalled Ubuntu 10.0.4 and Sab. I have downloaded several nzbs and they all download, "unpack", and result in directory full of sequentially numbered rar files. When I try to sudo e unrar-nonfree first-sequenced-rar-file.rar unrar gets through a few of the files and t...
