Try clicking on the the size or bandwidth/time text...that will toggle between GB and MB on the queue size and Mbits/s and KBytes/s on the speed. Nope, that does not solve the problem. I have following suggestion:

Feature Request: Export Queue to NZB-file
Reason: sometimes I want to share my Download-Queue with some friends, but not everyone is using SABnzbd. So, exporting my queue to a NZB-file would be great then.
