Re: Media Rover
I just ran the test that you ran and now it works fine. I wonder if it was a different feed other than newzbin or whether I had screwed episode_sort.py script by telling SAB to sort TV episodes before. In any case, it works now. thanks.

Re: Media Rover
The log from mediarover looks like it sees the show and queues it just fine. In fact, it recognizes it with a season number and an episode number as opposed to a date: 2009-07-18 09:14 INFO - item 'The Colb Report 5x95' successfully queued for download - queue.py:91 I haven't encountered daily epi...

Re: Media Rover
Another thing. Let me know if its me and if anyone else has been seeing this but I unchecked "don't download the same nzb twice" from SAB and mediarover keeps queueing shows it already downloaded for download. maybe it's because these are "daily" shows? It only redownloads th...

Re: Media Rover
One other thing. If you want mediarover to watch "The Tonight Show with Conan ORyan" you have to put that folder in your tv watched directory. However, when mediarover and the episode_sort.py script are done it places the episode in a folder called "Conan.ORyan" and leaves the ...

Re: Media Rover
to tell you the truth I have SAB's TV sorting capability enabled and am using the script but I haven't had any problems. The one problem I have had is with "daily episodes" but I figured that was just something inherent with the script itself.

Re: Media Rover
can't you just tell SAB to use it as the "default" script. Or, anytime you download an nzb, say a TV show, download it to the nzb folder but in a 'tv' folder in the nzb folder. That way it will be considered a tv category and you should set your tv category to use the 'sort' script.

Re: Media Rover
I talked to Kierse about it and he may have it check the nzb backup folder in an upcoming release. He's released it actually, I'm having some troubles with it. getting some errors. I'd like to hear if it works for you? there is a limit on the number of rss feeds I think. You can't do more than 11...

Re: Media Rover
For those that want some shows in HD and some in standard XviD what you could do is have one Newzbin search per series/show. Just set the attributes to whatever you desire (HD or SD). It'd take a little longer to set up than using one big *new shows* feed but it'd guarentee you got what you wanted....

Re: Media Rover
it's not checking the download que, the que that is talking about is that current running of media rover. I talked to Kierse about it and he may have it check the nzb backup folder in an upcoming release.

Re: SABnzbd Smart Downloader
cool. I agree. I really like mediarover, it's just that you can't specify the quality of the download such as xvid for some or x264 for others.
