SABnzbd settings are in your home directory not in system.
You'll find settings in /Users//Library/Application Support/SABnzbd
Try to replace in sabnzbd.ini "localhost" by "127.0.0.1" or "0.0.0.0".

And restart SABnzbd, it should work with Chrome.

What's your folder config ?
